A cost review on our Construction project identified that were spending a high amount on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and we were constantly running out of items and then having a frantic panic trying to get new stock in to enable us to carry on working.  We then decided to implement a stock control system that was internet based which we could use to manage the intake and issue of PPE.  We approached PCF who came into site and listened to our requirements, they then designed and developed a PPE system for us that is capable of controlling stock levels and keep records of what is issued to our sub-contractors.  Our needs did not stop there and we soon realised that we needed more functionality from the system  as in reports, back dating of materials that were issued before the system was developed.  PCF have been very supportive and helpful through the development process of this software and we would not have been able to do it without them.
